August without Forum Alpbach = winter without ice hockey
Definitely a No GO! The European Forum Alpbach connects international decisionmakers with an interested audience and committed young people. Its aim is to create dialogue across borders and generations - this year, for the first time, due to the situation it is being held digitally.
In this recent connection, we would like to take a look back at last winter when the ice rink was installed in Alpbach's sports facility "Ski Juwel Arena".
After warm winters, where ice skaters and hockey players often had to give up their fun and sports activities because the natural ice rink was not frozen, the solution was now a mobile ice rink. So all got a playground again. In short time slots, an ice rink was embedded in the infrastructure of the tennis court, which delighted countless adults, numerous children and ice hockey athletes.
A complete success for all involved persons, which accepted the added value with great pleasure.
